Return & Refund Policy

The Royal Standard: Returns & Exchanges

At Fierce Luxury Hair, we pride ourselves on providing only the highest quality, premium virgin hair. Because our products are a hygienic luxury item, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our Queens.

Returns

  • Eligibility: We accept returns/exchanges only on hair that is in its original condition. The hair must not be brushed, combed, unraveled, washed, installed, colored, or altered in any way.
  • The Seal: The ties/bands must remain intact. If the hair has been removed from its original packaging or the security seal is broken, it is no longer eligible for return.
  • Timeframe: You have [7/14] days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a bundle for a different texture or length, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items (The Fierce Collection sales are final).
  • Customized wigs or colored hair orders.
  • Used or worn hair.

Remember: Your crown should be nothing less than flawless. If we didn’t meet that standard, we’ll make it right.
